What are the indicator light for?
Press the button besides to check the remain power.
Each indicator light show the 0%-25% capacity, and a flashing light once than didn't light again means 0% capacity, it need to be charged.
It will automatically power off if no devices is connected for 30s.
A: Is the battery 30000/40000 mAh?
Q: Yes, the capacity and description of the battery are consistent. The conversion rate of power banks is approximately 50-65%. The shorter the data cable, the better the quality and the higher the conversion rate.
A: Why won't my power bank charge?
Q: Since this product has a 5V/2A input, please try charging it with the data cable included in the package. It won't be compatible if you use a USB-C to USB-C cable, so please use our USB-A to USB-C cable for charging.

Hot Tips:
Please disconnect the battery when not using the heated vest for safety use.
If you get the temperature so hot on the DC input, please change to the USB input.
Note: After receiving a brand new battery, there may be a virtual charge phenomenon at the beginning. And due to the buffering time required for battery discharge and transmission, there may be rapid power consumption during initial use.
Method: Please fully charge the existing battery of the power bank to 0% off state (do not charge halfway), and then fully charge the power bank to 100% (do not use the power bank halfway); Cycle 5 times in this way to restore the normal battery life of the powerbank.
